سياسة الإستبدال والإسترداد

لا تتوفر إمكانية الإستبدال والإسترداد لهذا المنتج إلا فى حالة وجود عيوب في التصنيع وفى غضون ٢٤ ساعة من إستلام الأوردر.

 يحق للعملاء إسترداد المبلغ بالكامل أو الإستبدال بعد معاينة المنتج، وذلك فى خلال اسبوع من رجوع الاوردر لنا.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchange and refund policy is not available for this product except in the event of manufacturing defects and within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange after inspecting the product, within a week of returning the order to us.
